Have you ever looked at the Detroit flag? The seal features two woman, one of whom is crying. Granted, sheÂ’s said to be weeping over the mass devastation caused by the fire of 1805 but still. This city was built on tears.

While most of us prefer to cry in the privacy of our own homes/cars/bathtubs, there are a select few sad sacks who couldn’t care less if their sob fest interrupts your good time because one thing is certain — misery fucking  loves company and sometimes company is the unsuspecting public.
