Popular comedian, talk show host, and, at times, liberal whack job, Bill Maher is plotting his course for Detroit this summer.

The Real Time with Bill Maher star, who is known for verbally going toe to toe with his political counterparts Ann Coulter and Ben Shapiro, has garnered an astonishing 41 Emmy nominations for his caustic political humor. When he's not busy hosting his weekly program on HBO, Bill Maher is an outspoken advocate for building a wall — a sea wall, that is, to combat climate change.

You can catch Bill Maher when he makes his appearance in the Motor City on Saturday, June 22 at the Fox Theatre.

Tickets start at $39.50 and go on sale at 10 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 8 and will be available for purchase at 313presents.com.
