A piece of architectural history is currently on the market, and it can all be yours for $325,000.

This Lafayette Park townhouse designed by German-born modernist pioneer Mies van der Rohe features floor to ceiling windows allowing for a bright interior even in Detroit's darkest months. Known for using a "skin and bones" style, this townhome features many qualities notable of Mies van der Rohe including the usage of steel structured window frames and an open floor plan, helping to create a minimalist aesthetic. Surrounded by a garden courtyard, the townhouse boasts two floors and a partially finished basement.

Built in 1968, this 1,400 square-foot three bedroom townhouse is likely one of the last few projects that Mies van der Rohe completed before passing in 1969.
