The Music of Harry Potter brings Hogwarts to life at the Michigan Theater

Posted By on Wed, Feb 28, 2018 at 7:27 AM

Expecto patronum! Wingardium leviosa! Expelliarmus lumos! If this does not read as gibberish or a series of typos, then the Music of Harry Potter event is probably right up your Diagon Alley. The Ann Arbor Symphony Orchestra will bring the wonderful sonic wizardry of Hogwarts to life. The original score by the incomparable John Williams will whisk you away from your muggle existence. Geek out, dress up, and get your photo taken in the muggle photo booth during cocktail hour. Check your tickets and find your seat within this Chamber of Secrets.

The Music of Harry Potter will take place at the Michigan Theater and will begin at 8 p.m. on Saturday, March 3, and 4 p.m. on Sunday, March 4; 603 E. Liberty St., Ann Arbor; michtheater.org; 734-668-8397; Tickets start at $35.
