Jay and Silent Bob are getting old — and they want to talk about it at The Fillmore

Posted By on Wed, Feb 7, 2018 at 12:43 PM

The Big Bang may have created the universe, but it was the delightfully warped mind of filmmaker and author Kevin Smith that crafted View Askewniverse —the birthplace of comedy duo Jay and Silent Bob.

Smith and the Jay to his Silent Bob, Jason Mewes, are bringing their No. 1 ranked comedy podcast Jay & Silent Bob Get Old to life onstage. Storytelling at its funniest, Smith and Mewes dish on growing up, getting old, and ... staying sober?

The weekly podcast was originally created to keep Mewes from drinking, and while the dynamically honest duo may not stay in character, what happens is far more interesting — real-life fucking conversations, man.

Jay & Silent Bob Get Old: Presented by Freep Film Festival will strike the Fillmore on Tuesday, April 10. Tickets go on-sale Friday, Feb. 9 at 10 a.m and range from $20-$60.
