Ellen Degeneres surprised Royal Oak 'spelling bee' teacher and it's adorable

Posted By on Fri, Apr 14, 2017 at 3:08 PM

We all know that Ellen Degeneres is a gift from above and none of us are worthy of her, but she just got even more amazing when she invited Royal Oak teacher Joe Dombrowski onto her show and surprised him just like Ellen loves to do.

If you remember, Dombrowski recorded himself giving out a spelling bee test that ended up resulting in a April Fools joke on his students that went bananas viral.

Ellen gave Dombrowski her own spelling bee that featured hilarious with words with even funnier descriptions that had us and the audience giggling. Then, in true Ellen fashion, she presented Dombrowski with a check for $10,000! Dombrowski's reaction is priceless. Oh, and then she just gives another $10,000 check to Oakland Elementary where Dombrowski teaches because Ellen Degeneres is a god damn saint.

We love Ellen, end of story.
