Get your creative juices flowing at Arts and Scraps at Night tomorrow

Posted By on Thu, Jan 22, 2015 at 12:52 PM

Tomorrow night Arts and Scraps is holding their Arts and Scraps at Night event, a ticketed affair that allows those 21 and older to create, drink, and raise money for a good cause.

It's kind of like those places that suburban women go where they can all paint the same picture and drink what they surely refer to as "vino" because it's their best excuse to use their Wine Hauler©.

Except Arts and Scraps at Night is a cool, Detroit-based nonprofit that uses recycled industrial materials to help people think, create, and learn.

At this edition of Arts and Scraps at Night guests will make frames and wall art, plus they'll get a behind the scenes tour of the facility and they'll be able to do some shopping, too.

It's BYOB, but don't forget the snacks and to bring some friends along with you, too.

Arts and Scraps is located at 16135 Harper, Detroit. Call 313-640-9050 for more info. It's $16 a ticket.
