Pasta and pizza restaurant Pasquale's may close after 65 years in business.

Crain's reports the DelGiudice family, which has owned the iconic eatery since since it opened in 1954, doesn't yet have a closing date, but changes are likely.

"My brothers and I grew up here; it's always been family-run and we'll miss feeding the community," co-owner Michael DelGiudice said in a release. "We've been slowing down naturally for the last few years, and after discussing this internally we believe the timing is right."

The family wants keep a stake in Pasquale's and is seeking leasehold partners who want to redevelop the property or buy it as is.
