Taco Tuesday is so passé. On Wednesdays, we eat free Taco Bell because life is wonderful and, well, basketball.

Thanks to last week's Golden State Warriors Game 3 victory over the Cleveland Cavaliers in the NBA Finals, Taco Bell is rewarding our empty stomachs (and wallets) with a free Doritos Locos taco.

Between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. today, anyone can redeem their one free Doritos Locos taco from their neighborhood Taco Bell. That's it. No purchase necessary. Just roll in or thru, and snag your complimentary treat.

Free food giveaways resulting from sports championships seem to be a growing trend and we're not mad about it. Just two months ago, Little Caesars lost a March Madness bet and dished out more than 1 million worth of free pizzas.
