Short’s Brewing Company is taking a road trip, showcasing its beers and giving away swag, and its next stop is today through Saturday here in the Motor City.

Tonight, Short's will take over the Fowling Warehouse in Hamtramck/Detroit from 7-12 a.m. On Friday, Grand Trunk Pub will host a Huma Lunch with Joe and the Brew Crew from 1:30-4 p.m. (hey, it's about to be the freakin' weekend anyway, right?). Then, the Bellaire-based brewery will send fans on a scavenger hunt of sorts, by popping up at various locations downtown (you'll have to check its social media sites for clues on finding it) between 5 p.m. and 12 a.m. Friday.

Finally, for those of you who prefer to drink your breakfast, HopCat in Midtown will host a Brewer's Brunch 11 a.m.-1 p.m., Saturday. Short's asks that you call ahead to reserve a seat at the table (313-769-8828).
