Detroit's Green Dot Stables is widely known across the region for its rotating selection of "mystery meats," served hot 'n fresh each week from its West Lafayette Boulevard headquarters.

But this week, the eatery is offering up something a little more, er, festive, in honor of Valentine's Day: heart.

Veal heart, to be exact, with cranberry chutney and crispy onions, which actually sounds pretty good if you're partial to organ meat. (We've tried it on several occasions, and aren't particularly fond of it.)

Anyway, folks angling to give it a try can head over to 2200 W Lafayette Blvd. or call (313) 962-5588 for more details. Happy V-Day, everybody!
