The city of Grosse Pointe Park is appealing a Wayne County Circuit Court ruling that the suburb's sign ordinance is unconstitutional.

Laurent Chappuis was prosecuted under the ordinance after his wife, Erica Chappuis, erected her paintings in their yard.
