Love to run? Like dressing up in ugly sweaters and jingle bells? Then this is the event for you!

Join 1200 other runners (and walkers) rocking their finest Christmas gear at the Jingle Bell Run/Walk for Arthritis this Saturday in Campus Martius. With 5K and 10K options, the event "supports the Arthritis Foundation's mission to fight and cure arthritis."

According to their press release, 31% of Michigan's population suffers from the condition.

Check in and registration starts at 7:30am. Race starts at 9. Prizes are available for top finishers, best costume, and most money raised.
