Floyd Dent — the Detroit man who was shown on dashboard camera being dragged, punched, choked, kicked, and Tasered by Inkster police officers — appeared alongside his attorney on MSNBC's All In with Chris Hayes Thursday night.

Hayes also showed a video that suggests the officer who punched Dent, WIlliam Melendez — who apparently calls himself "Robocop" — planted drug evidence that was reportedly found in Dent's car. Melendez has been involved with a number of lawsuits for years, the Detroit Free Press reports.
