Ford is now playing a sexual harassment video on loop in its factories

Ford Motor Co. and the UAW released a video Tuesday as part of their national campaign effort to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace.

The video comes on the heels of an investigative report published by The New York Times on Tuesday that exposed extensive sexual harassment at two Ford plants in Chicago. The report also revealed that Ford had settled upwards of $10 million toward sexual and racial discrimination in August of this year.

The video features Bruce Hettle, group vice president of manufacturing and labor affairs, Jimmy Settles, vice president of Ford-UAW.

"Harassment and discrimination undermine the very things we stand for," Settles states in the video.

"We want to be clear. We do not and will not tolerate harassment or discrimination in any way shape or form," Hettle says.

The video is set to run on monitors on a loop in 24 of its domestic factories. Hettle and Settles also use the nearly two-and-a-half minute video to explain how employees can report harassment and discriminati0n, and that they "investigate every single claim."
