Cake drop-kicker now charged with assault for ice cream shop incident

Remember the story of the woman who drop-kicked a birthday cake inside a Bloomfield Kroger?

Well, turns out her fury over dessert is a bit of a pattern. Fox 2 reports that the same woman, Tricia Ann Kortes, has recently been charged with assault and battery for an alleged attack at Ray's Ice Cream in Royal Oak back in July 2015.

According to the outlet, the woman was upset because the shop was all out of Mackinaw Island Fudge. Footage from the shop shows a woman reaching across the counter and whopping a female employee on the top of the head.
