Black Business crawl planned for Saturday, May 16

Us Too Detroit, a local collective dedicated to supporting black-owned businesses, will host a black business crawl on Saturday, May 16 from noon to 5 p.m.

The bus tour will travel through Cass Corridor and Harmonie Park, hitting nearly 15 businesses. 

Included in the tour is Offin River, a clothing and accessories store, Dell Pryor Gallery, Tulani Rose, Source Booksellers, Flo Boutique Co., Thrift on the Avenue, Goodwells Natural Foods Market, Textures by Nefertiti, DSE, and more.

Us Too Detroit was founded earlier this year by Carole Watson, a retired Detroit Public School teacher. She's said she hopes the collective will help educate the public and shed light on local businesses.
