Although zoned as a warehouse space, a "Jimmy Hoffa is My President" bumper sticker and some dusty machinery suggest that the building was used as a factory or repair shop in those gentler days before computers and child-labor laws.
ASS (the Abandoned Structure Squad, lest you forget) was especially charmed by the way afternoon light filters through dusty factory windows. With an assessed value that is decidedly smaller than the proverbial breadbox, ASS thinks the building would make a great art space or roller rink.
