Shinola to open new store in Ann Arbor

Posted By on Mon, Mar 2, 2015 at 9:39 AM

Detroit watch and bike makers, Shinola, announced this morning their plans to open their seventh brick and mortar location this spring. The new 1,495 square foot store will be located in downtown Ann Arbor on Liberty and Main Street. The store will carry Shinola's full line including leather goods, pet accessories, shoe polish, and journals. This new location will also include a satellite of Birmingham-based Commonwealth Coffee Roasters. According to a press release, the store will also feature a lower level "community lounge" that will be complete with cafe tables and seating, ping pong tables, and event space. The lounge will be open to the public and it's hours will be similar to the store's.

Shinola also plans to open a location in Washington D.C. in 2015.

The Ann Arbor store will be located at 301 S. Main Street.
