Watch: Michigan police officers give out gifts instead of traffic tickets

This week, police officers in Lowell, MI (just outside of Grand Rapids) spread an extra dose of holiday cheer. Instead of giving out traffic tickets, they surprised folks with a bounty of holiday gifts.
