Deathlok on Agents of Shield

Posted By on Wed, Feb 5, 2014 at 11:52 AM

As we reported last week, the Marvel comics character Deathlok, a Detroit creation, appeared on the Agents of Shield episode called “T.R.A.C.K.S.” on Tuesday night.

If you didn’t see it, SPOILER ALERT.

Mike Peterson, played by J. August Richards, reappears following an explosion in an earlier episode, missing a leg and sporting a face that is semi-melted. Looking the part, he’s fitted with a fancy bionic leg thingy. Under the control of mystery character the Clairvoyant, he ventures out to see his son but isn’t allowed to make contact. At the end of the episode, the camera mega-zooms in on the serial number on the leg, and the word “Deathlok” is there, clear as a bell.

So what do you think of our boy’s introduction? Is this character the Deathlok that you know and love? Let us know what you think.
