These aren't your granddad's twenty minute classic rock solos, but something a bit different.

This Dutch musician is one of the best drummers alive, and his solo performances are legendary.

I don't know much about this Japanese percussionist, but he is definitely intense.

I was surprised I couldn't isolate any solo footage of Graves, so here's his legendary and rare ESP record, which has lengthy solo free jazz percussion passages.
