What do a finalist on NBC's The Voice; an on-again, off-again post-hardcore outfit from Highland, Mich.; and a dude named Pokey LaFarge have in common? They are three of 19 scheduled artists performing at this year's Pig & Whiskey festival in Ferndale.

One might assume the event is all about the barbecue and booze (and it totally is) but what kind of party would it be without a diverse line-up of local and national acts to serenade you into your food coma... or propel you into full party mode? The set-times have been announced so you can plan your weekend (and drinking) accordingly.
