Mo Pop Festival, Michigan’s premier annual music event announced the return to Detroit’s West Riverfront Park for two days of unparalleled fun! Mo Pop Festival has established itself asa two day event that celebrates ingenuity, creative expression and craft – three themes found in all of Detroit’s success stories.
The festival features some of the hottest alternative music acts in the country on two stages. This year’s line-up is: G-Eazy, M83, HAIM, The Head and The Heart, Matt and Kim, Glass Animals, Mac DeMarco, Father John Misty, BØRNS, Shakey Graves, FIDLAR, Nothing But Thieves, Banners, Raury, Twin Peaks, The Strumbellas, Lewis del Mar, Panama Wedding, Coast Modern, Alex G, and Quilt .
In addition to 10+ hours of non-stop music on two stages each day, the Mo Pop Festival will feature even more throughout the Festival grounds:
The RIVERSIDE BIERGARTEN will serve a delicious assortment of microbrews, Michigan beer, and unique specialty drinks.
The hugely popular FOOD TRUCK ALLEY is expanding so more foodies can enjoy a diverse selection of Metro Detroit’s finest food trucks.
Back by popular demand, the CRAFT BAZAR will feature an assortment of handmade goods from a dozen of Metro Detroit’s most talented crafts people.
The second appearance of the Festival’s TECH TENT explores some of the metro area’s most interesting technology from hacker spaces, artists, start-ups and inventors.
