City Slang: What was your album of the year?

Right now, we are gathering polls from critics and musicians and we’ll be posting a bunch of Top Tens in the New Year.

However, it’d be good to get your opinion. Let us know your favorite local album, local song, national album and/or national song from 2012 and we’ll publish some of them in a future blog. Just comment your entries at the bottom of this blog.

Have a good think about it – there has been a lot of amazing music released in Detroit this year, although we’re sure 2013 will be even better. That’s usually the way it works. Cheers.
