City Slang: Voyag3r to play Dally in the Alley

Voyag3r, the experimental rock band featuring members of Forge, will play Dally in the Alley on Saturday, September 7 in Detroit.

According to a band statement, “Since late 2012, Detroit's Voyag3r has been hard at work crafting synthesizer based, sci-fi / horror movie score type experimental rock music.
Recording of their debit 7", Victory In The Battle Chamber, took place at the Tempermill Studios in Ferndale, MI during January and February 2013. Almost at the same time, the group consisting of Steve Greene (synthesizers), Greg Mastin (Drums) and Aaron Greene (guitars) hooked up with Bellyache Records which released the 7" vinyl single on June 4th. Since the release, the A and B sides of the single have been featured on radio stations such as Riff 2, Radio-Opie, Raw Radio X, Tap Detroit, Culture Vultures, Mad World Radio and many more. The 7" has also been reviewed in many publications/websites such as The Sleeping Shaman, Lair Of Filth, Metro Times, Arte Metal (San Paulo, Brazil), Two Guys Metal Reviews (Paris, France), Prog Shine (Kalisz, Poland), Totgehört (Germany) and many more.

“Now, heading into the fall, Voyag3r is picking up more momentum as they have announced that they will be playing at the 36th Annual North Cass Street Fair better know as Dally in the Alley. This years date is Saturday, September 7th in Detroit's Cass Corridor.
