Funky rock ’n’ soul man Nadir will celebrate the release of his Book of Jonah album with a show at PJ’s Lager House in Detroit on Friday, October 5.

Showtime is 10pm and features Nadir’s seven-piece funk-rock band, with sets by Detroit rock hip-hop quartet Final Cue, plus DJ Psycho of the Detroit Techno Militia. The evening will be hosted by the lovely Emily Rogers of Detroit Music TV LIVE. Admission is $5.00.

“We’re especially excited to hold our release party at the historic PJ’s Lager House in Detroit’s Corktown neighborhood,” Nadir says. “It is a landmark venue, and a cornerstone of an area that represents the city’s rich history and limitless future.”
