Local metal-heads Battlecross have launched a crowd funding campaign via IndieGoGo to secure the funds to offset their expenses related to their appearance on the Rockstar Energy Mayhem Tour this summer.
According to a press release, “This is a very expensive tour for such a new band but we can't afford to miss this opportunity. Travel, crew and other expenses are expected to cost the band upwards of $50,000. The band is committed to raising $25,000 themselves through sponsorship and their nightly guarantees/merch sales but are offering unique fan experiences and exclusive merch to fans in exchange for their support.”

The band has so far raised $9000 with 40 days left of the campaign.
