Mac n' cheese lovers, rejoice! Chef Lorraine Platman is bringing her popular pasta joint, Sweet Lorraine’s Fabulous Mac n’ Cheez, to Midtown in August.
Our friends over at The Detroit News report the new shop will set up at Cass and Warren, and will sling gooey made-to-order mac with up to 37 unique meat and vegetable add-ins (we're partial to the Truffle and Mushroom Mac), as well as soups, salads, and sandwiches.
Sweet Lorraine's also boasts a health dose of vegan and vegetarian fare, and focuses on using natural and local ingredients.
