The long-awaited restaurant from former Bacco chef Anthony Lombardo debuts on Friday in the Cass Corridor's Selden Building.

SheWolf Pastificio & Bar bills itself as a modern Roman restaurant that will focus on housemade pasta made with organic, heritage whole wheat flour milled in-house by Lombardo and his team.

The menu will offer 10 varieties of pasta from cheese and pepper to the scarpinocc di patate, a potato-filled pasta dumpling, the Free Press reports. The francobolli di salsiccia holds ricotta and sausage filled pasta with salt roasted beets and sage, and Lombardo will offer a gluten-free pasta. Beyond that, diners will find meat dishes like a 16-ounce tomahawk veal chop, three seafood plates, and three vegan options.

The 3,300-square-foot, 90-seat space is located at 438 Selden St., Detroit.
