Huzzah, it's Oberon Day

Yesterday marked the vernal equinox, which means spring has officially sprung in the Northern Hemisphere.

Detroiters, of course, mark the start of the season a little differently. And, of course, it involves beer.

Today is Oberon Day, the first day of the year that you can pick up a six pack of the wheat ale, and that means warmer weather is on the way.

You can pick up the brew at 8 Degrees Plato in Ferndale and Detroit, Costco's Madison Heights location, Target's Southfield location, several Kroger and Meijer locations, and Hollywood Market locations.

If you'd rather have a draft with a juicy orange slice on the glass head to One Eyed Betty's, M Brew, Local Kitchen, The Bird and the Bread, Slows BBQ, or Camp Ticonderoga.

Cheers!
