Green Dot Stables is serving up veal heart this Valentine's Day

Get a hot plate of heart at Green Dot Stables this Valentine's Day

Detroit's Green Dot Stables is widely known across the region for its rotating selection of "mystery meats," served hot 'n fresh each week from its West Lafayette Boulevard headquarters.

But this week, the eatery is offering up something a little more, er, festive, in honor of Valentine's Day: heart.

Veal heart, to be exact, with cranberry chutney and crispy onions, which actually sounds pretty good if you're partial to organ meat. (We've tried it on several occasions, and aren't particularly fond of it.)
