Wyandotte, the gem of Downriver according to a recent Thrillist post by Nicole Rupersburg, will kick off their annual restaurant week with a Burgers, Beer & BBQ Festival hosted by downtown restaurant Joe's Hamburgers. The event starts Friday, April 17 at 6 p.m. and continues on Saturday, April 18 at noon. The festival will include live music, burger specials, a cornhole tournament, barbecue, beer, and shots. The festival will take place inside the restaurant as well as in the adjacent parking lot. Sounds like a rootin' tootin' good time, if you ask us.
If you didn't know Wyandotte had a restaurant week, it's OK (I live there and I didn't know until recently). It starts Monday, April 20 and continues until Saturday, April 25. Participating restaurants will include Belicoso Cigar Bar, Bourbon's Brews & Bayou, Captain's, Camino Real, Cheesecake Institute of America, Jersey Giant Subs, Nanna's Kitchen, Magdeleno Ristorante, RP McMurphy's, Pancho's II Mexican Restaurant, Sushi Bar & Japanese Cuisine, Tongue's Protein Bar, and more. Click here for the specials each place is offering.
