The Blue Nile Ethiopian Restaurant could be part of a large new three-block, $12 million mixed-use development proposed for a site in the Boston Edison neighborhood.
The site, at Rosa Barks Boulevard (formerly 12th Street) and Clairmount, is also a block away from where the 1967 rebellion started.

Detroit News reports that the Blue Nile - which has locations in Ann Arbor and Ferndale - would be one of several restaurants that opens in the development. While a Blue Nile is welcome anywhere, it would be an especially wonderful addition in Boston Edison, which doesn't have much in the way of immediate dining options.
