WorkHaus Detroit: Empowering Detroit’s Creative Community on 313 Day

Join us on Thursday, March 13, 2025, at Carhartt Workshop for WorkHaus Detroit—a one-day gathering designed to provide artists, creatives, and innovators with the tools, resources, and connections they need to thrive. This free event offers opportunities to build your portfolio, gain industry insights, and network with like-minded creatives in an intimate, supportive setting. There will be mini book consultations for aspiring authors, professional headshots taken, and a panel discussion featuring Karl Williams Jr. (film director & media Producer), Boog Brown, (acclaimed writer, Poet, and emcee), Rob Nash (owner of Moon Dog Café) and JRGotTheHiTS (jazz artist & Grammy-nominated producer).

The afternoon culminates with live music by DJ D Love and DJ Milkyway, networking, and celebrations of Detroit’s unique creative culture.
