Motown Museum's Motown Mic: The Spoken Word Competition

Motown Museum announced today the grand finale streaming date for its 9th annual Motown MIC: The Spoken Word competition. Ten talented poets will perform original Motown-inspired poems during the 2022 grand finale, which will stream on Motown Museum’s YouTube at 7 p.m. on April 15, 2022. Contestants are competing for the opportunity to be named the Motown MIC 2022 Artist of the Year, be published in a literary broadside through Broadside Lotus Press, $3,000 cash prize and more.
