Merry TubaChristmas-Detroit

An annual tradition at Central United Methodist, Detroit since 2009, this free concert of Christmas carols features only instruments in the tuba family (tubas, euphoniums, helicons, and sousaphones). This concert of 50+ tubas is presented under the auspices of the Harvey Phillips Foundation Our current conductor is local maestro, Markita Moore. Central is located next to Comerica Park (free parking if you tell the attendant you are there for MTC).
