Meet Me At Oak Street

Oak Street Health, a primary care network that serves patients on Medicare, is throwing a party on August 13th at the North Rosedale Park Community Center to celebrate the reopening of its community room where patients can take weekly exercise classes, connect with friends and enjoy other recreational activities. Open to all: come enjoy live music, free food, raffles, face painting, a magician, and local vendors to shop! Attendees will also have the opportunity to speak with Oak Street Health staff and learn about our patient care. The event is free!
