Getter has been called a fine guitarist and impeccable singer, received very high praise from Guitar Player, is a recipient of a Gershwin Award, did a stint in the Saturday Night Live house band, and has three solo albums under her belt. Her ensemble is more in the prog rock/jazz/folk vein, and the lineup boasts Alex Skolnick from Testament on guitar, Adam Holzman (who played with Miles) on keyboards, Steve Vai’s bassist Stu Hamm, and Steve Miller’s drummer John Mader on percussion.
