Free Healthy Heart screening event

For the very first time, Henry Ford Health is bringing the popular — and potentially life-saving — “Healthy Heart Screening Event” to Clinton Township on April 26. The free event has provided comprehensive heart screenings to more than 10,000 patients in Metro Detroit since it started in 2005. Participants receive a free whole heart checkup, including an electrocardiogram (EKG) — all free. Other free screenings include blood pressure, BMI, and blood glucose. Patients will receive results that day and meet one-on-one with a doctor. There will also be a stroke assessment and information on weight loss, diet, and nutrition.
