Eric Whitacre’s The Sacred Veil Choral Concert

The Sacred Veil is a 12-movement work and the most recent collaboration between Eric Whitacre and poet/lyricist Charles Anthony Silvestri telling a story of life, love and loss. The intimate, compelling score tells a story of courtship, love, loss and the search for solace. Presented by the Island Ecumenical Choir directed by Dave Martin and accompanied by Doug Scott on piano and Eugene Zenzen on cello. A free will offering will benefit Karmanos Cancer Institute.
