Berkley Street Art Fest
@ Berkley Street Art Fest, 2680 Coolidge Hwy., Berkley, MI 48072
Chalk art contest, music, murals, artisan and food vendors and places for children and adults to create art. New this year will be a variety of street performers in the afternoon. Cartoonist Jef Mallett, creator of Frazz, will be drawing and available to answer questions. David Zinn will create permanent art on buildings. All can participate in judging the People’s Choice award for the chalk art. The activities primarily take place on Coolidge Hwy., which will be closed to traffic between Catalpa and Wiltshire. Event presented by Vibe Credit Union and brought to you by Berkley Area Chamber of Commerce.
