I pulled them
from the dark cavern
of your mouth;

sucked them off
one by one,
like
flecks of meat
I tore them from
your jawbone little
birds wings beating
off the cage of
your teeth.

I shackled them
to my brain where
they shine like
cut crystal and
blow
like sea wind
through
a shell.
