‘Round this time every fall, Metro Times gathers all the best whiskey makers in the world and puts on an event that lovers of the firewater can’t miss. Over 100 whiskeys are available for sampling, from big brands like Jim Beam and Jack Daniels to local distillers like Detroit City Distillery and Motor City Gas. General admission tickets come with 10 samples and more are available for purchase, while VIP tickets include 15 samples, plus early admission to the event and access to special bottles like Johnnie Walker Gold, Woodford Reserve Master’s Collection’s 1838 White Corn, Pikesville Supreme Straight Rye, and Parker’s Heritage Collection Kentucky Straight Malt Whiskey 8 Year Old.
