Throughout his career, American architect Frank Lloyd Wright designed more than 1,000 structures, 31 of which were built in Michigan. While he wasn’t the brain behind this stunning Ann Arbor residence, built in 1994, the designer W. Keith Owen was heavily inspired by Wright’s famous “organic architecture.”

Additionally, there’s a separate kitchen set up for catering, ready to go with high-end appliances such as a Thermador and Sub-Zero. The lower level is finished with a wine cellar, recreation room, and a multipurpose guest bedroom or office space. The wood detail throughout the house is reminscent of the two neighborhing Frank Lloyd Wright homes listed in 2023.
The mansion was posted in January for $10,000,000, but just got a $500,000 price drop.
