Once upon a time, Grand Rapids had an electric cable car system much like the city of San Francisco. One of early pioneers in revolutionizing this for the city was Louis DeLamarter
, an executive at the Grand Rapids Railway Company.
Located at 2096 Robinson Rd. SE, DeLamarter's former six-bedroom, six-bathroom home sits on a plush 1.5 acres of land right on the edge of Fisk Lake.
While the home features a lot of older charm, it's the bathrooms that have the most character (which includes two half-baths), each varying in wallpaper, paint, and tile.
The home is listed by Kyle Visser of Kyle Visser Team.
