This panel will explore the importance of determining the foundational principles of such a school and what are the steps to attain such a movement for Detroit. Considering previous design schools such as Bauhaus, Modernism and the new foundational definitions of the LA School, we look to assess what can set a Detroit School apart and build a lasting legacy – globally.
