TEXTILE GEOMETRY features compositions by Michigan artists Katie McGrath and Kathyrn Schmidt that emphasize the use of geometric shapes, colorful fabrics, and thread embellishments. Their textiles are designed to appeal from a distance and draw the viewer in to enjoy the intricate details. TEXTILE GEOMETRY opens with a free public reception on Friday, January 4 from 6 - 9 p.m.
