Tegan & Sara

Alt-pop sibling duo Tegan and Sara have every right to celebrate. After all, it was 10 years ago that they released their fifth studio record The Con — a record that ushered in a darker, more contemplative side of these sisters as they tackled love and loss with a darker shade of pop. Since then, they’ve continued to charm and disarm, becoming increasingly more rooted in the sound that is so inherently both Tegan and Sara, separately and together. This tour will include acoustic arrangements of all 14 songs on The Con, followed by, of course, the classics.

Doors open at 7 p.m.; 500 Temple St., Detroit; 313-638-2724; themasonic.com; Tickets start at $46.
