Posh Deux

An industrial, blue-collar city at heart, Detroit’s known for being home to the Big 3. Yet, the metro area is a hotbed of artistic activity, with talented fashion designers, makeup artists, and hairstylists working daily to create avant garde looks. An annual event, Posh Deux, brings together the area’s most creative artists and fuses together these beauty industries for a night of haute fun. The party is more than just a runway show, it’s also a fundraiser for the local charity Wigs4Kids, an organization that gifts hair pieces to youngsters who suffer from childhood disease.
